My complaint:
3 lamp shades purchased for £54.99 each. Items arrived with manufacturers invoice in box stating cost price of 7.36 Euros each. This equates to a massive 650 %mark up!!!!! And the item is poor very cheap material. I complained and was told price non negotiable and if I return them I pay the postage. Would cost approx £20.
Suggested solution:
I suggest a reasonable mark up price of approx 250 % would be fair for the quality making a price of £54.98 for 3 shades. The balance to be refunded. Or a paid returns postage label.
