My complaint:

Wen I placed my order I was told I will get all my order at the same time and in 4 parts. The 4 parts wud consist of 2 halfs of a bed, 1 headboard and 1 mattress. I only received 1 part of a bed and was told I will receive the rest of my order in the next delivery. I phoned wayfair and they said part of my order was damaged so there replacing everything and I’ll receive a text or email to say wen. I received another part of my bed on Sunday but didn’t receive the rest of my order and didn’t receive a text or email to say I was getting any delivery on Sunday. According to wayfair I’m still waiting for 3 more parts of my order and I’ll need to contact wayfair for a collection for parts I don’t need.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

More communication between customer and courier regarding delivery dates and wots being delivered. Also a partial refund for any inconvenience for the customer.
