My complaint:
3 boxes of 4 were delivered. This left us with 2 x2 dining chairs and a table top. The missing 4th box had the table legs in it. After contact with TEN Customer Service Agents we finally lost patience and they arranged collection of the table top with a subsequent refund of £106.57. A refund of £110.18 was negotiated with the last Customer Service Agent for the table legs that were not received. This amount has not been received. There was no offer of compensation for all the inconvenience suffered by ourselves. We were told this is not Company Policy.
Suggested solution:
Refund the promised £110.18 for the table legs that were not received.
