My complaint:
Purchased 3 prints.
Visually online they have a white background. When they arrived they had a blue background.
After a week of contacting them, they said it does say blue background. It does not (got screen grabs etc).
Asked to return them and they said I had to pay the full return – which they use a courier company. The cost exceeds one of the prints.
Suggested solution:
They should waiver the cost to return the items as it was described wrong.
