My complaint:
Charged £8.20 to return 2 rugs that we’re nothing like the colour on the website. Picture showed them as dark grey, they were more like silver. No option to state ‘ not as described so we were charged £8.20 to return them. I’m sure this is unlawful under distance selling consumer law. Perhaps Wayfair can enlighten me as to why they charge
