My complaint:

We opened a Wayfair Professional Account. We ordered lockers about $21,000.00 worth. We wired transferred the money to the Wayfair. LLC account as verified by PNC Bank. In doing this we receieved no ation that the money had been received as in a Pending status. When trying to contact the Account Representative. No one seems to be able to located him unless we go through a supervisor. His name is Joby Bailey (massachusetts, USA) That was on thursday. Its now monday. Everyone keeps saying the finance department has no cleared it yet, but we cannot even check on that because there is no order number until they clear it and the quote number cannot be pulled up. I am not sure where the Professional Services part comes in at wayfair, but this is not good business. I doubt that we will use wayfair again because i am already preparing to take a $20,000 business loss on this. You should revamp your policies on Business 2 Business services to provide ation that yes monies or order is in a Pending Status. We have no reciept a quote number that is no good unless you go to a supervisor. No order number and No tracking number. Even to reach out to the Sales rep is literally impossible. This makes no sense from a business standpoint

Unsure i just wanted the products. This would have been the first of multiple orders but i can see doing business with Wayfair is not Professional.
