Wayfair.co.uk complaint: Money taken from my bank account without authorisation

My complaint:

I purchased a mattress on the 9th March ref: 3535558264 the mattress got lost in transit so I cancelled the order ( I do not receive the mattress)

Then on the 21 March I reordered the mattress and it was delivered approx 2 says later ref: 3535558834

The mattress was very uncomfortable as we wanted a soft mattress but the mattress was really hard so we asked for the mattress to be collected, we spoke to Wayfair and were advised by an advisor to dispose of the mattress ourselves as we were having trouble with the delivery company, lucky we didn’t have time to get the mattress to the skip as Wayfair then said we had to return the mattress or we would not get our money back, I found the advisor very rude, I asked for the calls to be listened to this did not happen as Wayfair were saying we weren’t telling the truth, this has gone on for so long, we returned the mattress on the 14th June.

In the meantime Wayfair has taken £292.00 on the 28th May 2021 out of my account without my authorization, I had no idea the money was going to come out, I have made so many phone calls over this, the Wayfair advisor said that they have got my orders mixed up and Wayfair think I received the original mattress on the 9th March (which we did not receive) i am being really messed about by Wayfair and I want my money back, I am really upset over this

Suggested solution:

I want my money back that they took without my authorization and compensation for all of the stress and time I have spent over this
