Wayfair.co.uk complaint: Poor delivery service and Poor Customer Service

My complaint:

I ordered a small double bed frame and mattress, only the mattress arrived and the bed frame, although at the time I placed the order, I was quoted delivery within two weeks, until now I am still to receive the bed frame – 2 months on. The delivery driver failed to inform us the bed frame was in their truck and left without delivering the frame. Their confusion was they had another large item I had purchased (sofabed) also from Wayfair, so because they didn’t want to deliver the Sofa bed into the house for my frail mother, the drivers decided to return both bed frame and sofa bed back to the depot, disregarding how long we have been waiting for these two items.

Suggested solution:

The delivery company lets Wayfair down and customers down. Many friends have advised me not to use Wayfair so I will listen to them now. I have not had one good experience from all the items I have bought.

What you can do, is deliver my bed frame I have bought for my mother as she is without a bed or sofabed now, having waited since the order was placed in April. The delivery should be delivered ASAP rather than being quoted by your customer service officer, another two to three weeks, even when the item is at the depot.
