My complaint:
Ordered a Gazebo on June 14th, was first given delivery date of the 16th, then on the same day was told it would now be the 17th, today is the 18th, no delivery up date given order page still show’s same information, why do Wayfair think it’s ok NOT to keep people informed properly, they have my money now I would Quite like my goods, but if they do not arrive today I shall cancel the order, and take my money back.
Suggested solution:
By letting me know when my delivery WILL arrive and keep to what they say.
