My complaint:

I placed an online order with Wayfair in mid-September for an Arla 4-Door Storage Cabinet by Ivy Bronx which cost £620.99. The description said the shipment would comprise four boxes, A delivery was made on 16 September, but the courier told me one box was missing and could well turn up the next day. I then received an email from Wayfair with a shipment date of 12-14 October and no explanation. I called them up and was told that their distribution team had lost the fourth box and it was therefore easier for them to send me a new box than to find it. A delivery was made on 14 October, but of parts I already have. I have invested into booking a handyman to assemble this item. We managed to figure out that I have Box 2 (twice), Box 3 and Box 4. Therefore, Box 1 is missing.

Suggested solution:

Wayfair should either offer me a full refund (they are welcome to collect the parts), or expedite shipment of Box 1 with a price discount. As things stand, they took payment in September and I still do not have a cupboard. I am never shopping with Wayfair again.
