My complaint:

Hiya was scheduled for hermes to collect a parcel to return yesterday from 8am to 8pm of which to my horror and disbelief they did not show which left me feeling angry frustrated and unhappy because now have had to use ups instead which has cost me more but the delivery will be . I do not understand why l have to pay for a mistake l did not make and am so seeking some sort of compensation and a personal appology please.
