My complaint:

Order number 3363894914
Ordered Sleepeezee Cooler Supreme 1800 on 2nd July 2020 and it was delivered by beginning of September 2020. After only three months we noticed mattress top was not holding firmness and beginning to dip in each sleeping position. It has quickly got worse and now the dips are really bad and sleeping is very uncomfortable. Too uncomfortable to sleep on.

Suggested solution:

Replacement mattress of serviceable quality
