Wayfair.co.uk complaint: Non delivery

My complaint:

After ordering a mattress from Wayfair I was given a delivery slot if between 3pm and 5pm, it did not arrive so I contacted customer services who assured me that it was running latebut I would definitely receive it. Because of this I discarded my old mattress. The item did not arrive and I had no where to sleep. Customer service have now assured me it would be delivered today, but I have been given no time and the tracking details have not been updated since yesterday. Customer service are of no help, I was told that I cannot speak to a supervisor and I was also told that they don’t have a complaint department and all complaints are logged with customer service via live chat. I am in absolute agony with back pain and will never order from this company again

Suggested solution:

The should send me a formal apology and offer recompense for the fact I have had to sleep on the floor, after being assured that my mattress would arrive, if the customer service person had bothered to caltje delivery company they could have found out that my mattress was not going to be delivered and I would not have thrown out my old mattress
