My complaint:
Bought a sofa. Didn’t know that I would have to build the thing. Comes in 2packages. So that’s the sofa in one and the sofa cushions in the other. Have 2small packages. NO WAY WILL THAT Mike the sofa on your site. Return with only ONE label.. do I duct tape them together? Before hauling this heavy parcel to the post office for return. Where is the pickup?
