My complaint:

Since placing an order for a sofa in March 2021 we have been given a delivery date after delivery date which is cancelled with short notice
We have asked to cancel the order and have been told that we can’t cancel the order until the sofa is delivered and we return it !!!!

Suggested solution:

Cancel the order and give me a full credit card refund
