Wayfair.co.uk complaint: Delaying tactics

My complaint:

I ordered a Strasser table and chairs. Chairs arrived, no table. Delays followed, various versions of why and when, finally with no faith at all I said take the chairs and refund me. I was persuaded that unless I took delivery of the table, no refund possible. At that stage there was no re-order, delivery or date information. More and more stories and delays. Table finally arrived. I then had to arrange for the set to be collected and was promised a refund within 3-5 days. All collected on Tuesday. End of the week a message from my card company that the refund was disputed and I must supply documentation. Yet another phone call to be told it was in the hands of the unavailable Finance Department and they work from Monday. I can only see another end of next week message and my refund being held on for an endless amount of time. I am beyond stressing about it. Have made so very many telephone calls, emails and am getting nowhere.

Repay my refund of £639.99 - simple, straightforward and no more stories, or delays
