My complaint:

I am disgusted how I have been treated . I ordered a £800 woodmont garden set when it arrived there was no fixtures to assemble the furniture. I call up and they booked a return which got pick up on Friday 7th May. A new order was supposed to be delivered on the same day, I got notified that the delivery had been delayed , even though the order on the tracking it had been despached days before. I called your customer service and was told it should be with me by no later than Friday 14th . When I received a message to say that the order has now been delayed and they where investigating why with the delivery team , which at this point I told advisor I need this furniture for a family gathering , . After 4days I get a message on my way fair account that the product is out of stock and they cancelled my order. THIS I S DISGUSTING. How can you treat customers this way that orders goods in good faith . When my original order you didn’t provide the screws to put the garden furniture together and then you re-Order the furniture after a week chasing delivery you come back that the product was now out of stock . You have cause me a lot of stress and upset for me when I had family gathering especially the year we have had . I would like a full apology and some compensation. I look forward to your response

I would like a letter of a apology for your short fall in providing the goods that I ordered and domes kind of compensation for the distress this had caused me without having the garden furniture for my family gathering
