My complaint:

My wood frame broke on my bed purchased from Wayfair in 420. My 1st contact to Wayfair was in March 2021 and was told my wood frame was under warranty and would be issued. Since then I have to talked to several reps and no part as been issued as of yet. I received the hardware but not the wood frame. I also sent several pics to show which part of the wood frame needs to be replaced. My last contact to Wayfair was 5921 and was told the wood frame would ship on 51221. I still have no ation that anything has shipped after months.

Suggested solution:

I would like the wood frame issued ASAP! This is unacceptable and one side of my mattress is sitting on the floor. It has been on the floor for months and I’m afraid it will be damaged permanently.
