My complaint:
We ordered a sofa bed from you and when we took it out the packaging it’s was damaged he took photos at the time . I was out and my partner built it . Also it’s got to be the most uncomfortable sofa ever when you sit on it , it’s so swallow in width it only goes up half your thigh not all the way to the knees so it very uncomfortable. When laid out flat as a bed it’s so hard it’s like laying on a gym bench . This really is not worth the money very poor product .
Suggested solution:
I would like a refund or some money back as it’s a really poor product and damaged . I’ve tried to enter photos but it won’t let but I’m happy to send them via email
