My complaint:
I am 72 years old and could not bring my parcel back to pick up pint I have a disability and I can’t walk far I do not have a printer so I phoned up the label and they charge me £8 to have the parcel picked up from my house to 3 working days That is not good customer services I have had no problems in the past with Wayfare so I hope this can be sorted out quickly thank you
