Wayfair.co.uk complaint: Wrong item delivered

My complaint:

Order number 3623697104
Two boxes were delivered this morning ( 18th August ) . After the DPD driver had left it was noticed that one box contain a velvet green sofa and one box was for a grey sofa!!
The correct colour ordered was grey .
How can this happen?? The boxes are clearly marked with the contents .
As you see , our old sofa had already been moved out and we are left with just 2 chairs in our living room.
We have spoken to Ella Jane on the phone today and she has arranged for collection and delivery on our correct requirement. The delivery likely to be received in FIVE days time, and again we have to make arrangements to ensure someone is home to accept delivery.
This is a massive inconvenience and disappointment, especially as this is the first time we have used your company .

Suggested solution:

In view of the company error and subsequent inconvenience and upset caused, a £100 compensation seems appropriate to restore our faith in your company .
