My complaint:
Despite being assured of my delivery on 1808 within the window sent by your delivery company XDP and tracking it to within 4 drop offs, it failed to arrive. I refuse to pay 7pence per minute to try to speak to the courier, which would have been impossible after 6pm anyway and I am very disappointed with the service.
Suggested solution:
Redelivery asap and effective tracking and communication with the courier en route.
