Wayfair.co.uk complaint: Cancellation policy

My complaint:

I think it’s a tad pathetic that I can’t cancel an order within 24hours

I was given no time frame until the following day as to when my item would be delivered. That was too long to wait for actually delivery, I was expecting 2 days maximum but 5-6 is not good enough.

So I spoke to customer service and they said all orders can only be returns, no cancellations are accepted

This is less than ideal so I’m now having to pay more money to get another item whilst wayfair, send me an item that is only “ready for dispatch”. I don’t understand what the deal is with them but I will not be using them again!

Suggested solution:

Process refund immediately.
