My complaint:
I have received weeks of conflicting e mails. I ordered from them as they would deliver on the Monday. My Mum is in daily pain and we just need this chair. I could forward all our e mails
Suggested solution:
Deliver by tomorrow, I know not possible. A big discount, or voucher.
