My complaint:

I ordered a door from Wayfair on the 29th of May,delivery was to be 31st May.Ireceived an email on the 30th of May at 8.50pm giving me a 2hr time slot for delivery the following day.I received another email 2hrs before my delivery was due telling me that my order had been rescheduled to 4-7 days later.Then on the 1st of June i received another email saying my order was on it’s way.It is now the 8th of June and am still waiting,when i go to their trackingpage it says delivery 31st May.This is the 1st and last time i will deal with this company.

Suggested solution:

There is obviously a problem but i have had no information from them since the 1st of June,they need to get their act together and contact me.
