Re: Complaint relating to the ‘Delivery of items’ and “Fitting of same items”
The purpose of my letter, relates to a complete disruption of my daughter’s ability to carry out her day-to-day educational tasks. I would like to take this opportunity for you to review this matter urgently, as I was assured on numerous occasions the order highlighted above would be delivered, and installed on the dates stipulated.
In the current climate amongst a backdrop of economical cut backs, and deficiencies in the delivery of providing a basic ‘E-Commerce service, I believe the handling of this matter to-date has been wholly inappropriate, and the “Delivery and Installation” have proved somewhat ineffective. In effect, there appears to be a complete breakdown your company and, your partner organisation: “Handy” whereby additional items have been delivered, and once opened, instructions your installer were supposed to follow, he repeatedly pointed out, and I quote: “Further clarification will be required,” regarding the installation. This has compounded the situation, as he spent over three (3) hours attempting to remedy the situation.
This initial experience with ‘Wayfair,’ has followed a symptomatic versus a prognosis approach. To be honest, I was not enamoured by the handling of this matter as it was clearly outlined, there would be a seamless solution for delivering and fitting the desk.
In today’s E-commerce and Goods service provision, mediocrity should not be tolerated. I suspect that the propensity as a customer is that we should have an absolute right to be treated uniformly across the entire system. Increasingly, the differentiator between a successful offering and the rest is not the quality and performance of the basic “offering” but the quality of the customer’s experience.
In summary, I would like to request your urgent attention in order to resolve this matter, and the matter dealt with at your earliest convenience.

BASED UPON EVENTS CARRIED OUT ON 190622, I WOULD LIKE A COMPLETE REFUND, AND ARRANGEMENTS MADE FOR ALL ITEMS TO BE COLLECTED.
