Filing a complaint after unsuccessfully ordering several items in Sale that have been cancelled shortly after placing the order. The items show stock immediately after my orders are cancelled, whereas there is no actual stock.
I have highlighted this with Customer Support and no resolution has been provided.
It is misleading to advertise Sale items, whereas there is no actual stock. There is obviously a system issue but nobody cared to help, apologise or find a solution for.
By updating their system. If I am able to place an order and payment is secured, I am expecting for that item to be delivered.
