My complaint:
I purchased a kettle costing £200 pounds and when I received it I discarded box before I opened plastic bag kettle was in to find the plug is a 2 pin plug. I have been unable to purchase any sort of adaptor other than toothbrush or shaver which I have now checked up on and is unsuitable. Please advise me what I can do. When purchasing kettle it did not advise about the plug
