My complaint:

I am at a loss of words. I did not get my 5 item grocery delivery. I contacted Walmart and was given a courtesy code. I reordered my order and then realized I used the wrong debit. I reordered and placed the code again; however, it did not work of which I assumed the code was used and I cancelled due to the wrong payment. I contacted Walmart to explain if I needed another code. She stated that the code works. I tried to tell her it is not working; she became very hostile on the phone then hung up on me. She then deactivated my Walmart Plus account. I am shocked as I did nothing wrong. I am a single mother with a fully disabled son of which I rely on Walmart deliveries. I have orders placed for clothing for my son and curtains. I have no idea if they will be delivered as I cannot access my account. I just do not understand why she would do this?
