My complaint:

Walmart has been doing me horrible since 01042023. They delivered an order to wrong address then I had to battle back and forth for a month dealing with rude chat associates and associates who placed me on hold and left me there and chats that associates just left. Then I was told my bank will have to dispute the charge because walmart didn’t have the capability to credit me for merchandise I never received which after filing a dispute with my bank 6 weeks later I was credited, then I have been waiting a week for toothpaste to be delivered from a medium sized order on 01262023 and now the most recent really has me done they decided to cancel my order instead of calling to I placed it just canceled it which are 2 large appliances that I had being shipped to my daughter’s as I MADE A PROMISE TO HER I WILL BUY THEM so they offer shipping and billing addresses so I utilized the service applied my daughter’s address as shipping and mine stayed the same for billing what’s really disgusting is $500.00 is now gone from my account I have to wait for it to be credited back which is 3-5 business days and I have to advise my daughter who is waiting for these 2 items to be delivered before she goes into labor to deliver that it’s gonna take another week before I get my money back to order the items because WAL-MART decided to cancel my order instead of calling or sending am email or text to if I did place the order. I need my money this is on the lines of theft. I don’t trust this company anymore especially seeing how they made me go thru my bank and dispute the charge for something they never delivered to me. They don’t care about the consumer only the bottom line because they know they don’t have to answer to anyone. It’s just like big banks were but eventually what banks were doing caught up with them after enough complaints were placed. I really need this to go somewhere for this to be looked into for protection to the consumer. Again $500 gone and walmart won’t do anything to help me.

Suggested solution:

For this issue here, I need my order 2000107-98659554 processed ASAP. I shouldn't have to disappoint my pregnant daughter because this company doesn't care and tell her she has to wait longer to get the washer and dryer I promised her.
