My complaint:

I just lost my home to a wild fire so I’m living in a 5th wheel until we can rebuild. I purchased a shade cloth for $347.98 from Walmart on 52621 that was made by Xtarps. I put the cloth up on July 4, 2021 (it took that long to get my 5th wheel set up) and within a month of putting the shade cloth up it has disintegrated. I tried to request a replacement or return on July 21st (thinking I had the 90 day return that Walmart usually has) but they said I was over the time limit. The shade cloth has disintegrated so badly that it is in pieces and completely unusable. It’s bad enough that I lost everything I owed to a wildfire but then to spend this kind of money on something and have it fall apart and neither Walmart of Xtarps doing anything to rectify the situation is just horrible.

Suggested solution:

I want my money back or at least a new shade cloth. This is a lot of money to pay for a shade cloth that falls apart when put in the sun. I have tried to get ahold of the manufacture and they just ignore me and I filed a complaint with Walmart but they won't do anything for me either. If they were any kind of respectable business they would refund my money.
