My complaint:
We were checking out at one of the customers must check themselves out kiosks when a shirt my wife wanted didn’t have a price tag or UPC on it. My 9 year old walked over to get the assistant , who was on her phone . yo come over and help. When she got there , she seemed very bothered by the fact that she was called over and spoke to my wife very rudely. My wife took the shirt from her and the employee says :Did you just snatch that from me??? my wife didn’t answer. the Walmart employee then says Bitch, you got a problem? my wife answers yes, ignoring the bitch comment. I don’t like it that there are no cashiers, I don’t work here. The Walmart employee then says You got a problem ?! very loudly. My wife puts all of the items we were there to purchase down on the counter and says to me lets go, The employee picks up a bag that we had bagged and swings it ,hitting my wife in the face and yells Ima gonna beat yer Ass! twice. I then call the police who come , watch the video and tell me its clear what happened and the Walmart employee is the aggressor. It is all on video, in this store. No one from Walmart has even apologized for this event.
Suggested solution:
Take some responsibility! At this point , I will never go to a Walmart again. I haven't spoken to anyone but I'm ready to post it to Facebook.
