My complaint:
As i approached the register the lady would not stop staring at me, directly into my eyes. I kind asked if every thing was OK, at this moment she garbed the liquor from the register and said she could not sell to me because i supposedly was arrogant, and that’s the word she used. She showed an offensive attitude of superiority
Suggested solution:
In stead of staring at someone, they can ask you if you needed help with some think, Don't stair at someone for 5 minutes. Be helpful
That would never happen to me, because she would HAVE to explain her comment TO THE MANAGER immediately. You must stand up for yourself when things happen, waiting doesn’t work.
