My complaint:
Neither Walmart nor Sanyo have Complaints Department making it that if a customer buys a device that is not as advertised there is nowhere to go. I am an senior citizen that needs a television working to keep me abreast of world’s happenings etc. My son and I shared the purchase of this Sanyo set about 2 years ago and it has been anything but satisfactory. Visitors all noticed the ;picture was very blue and all the people we had try to take care of that and Rogers quite a few times seeing they are my provider for services like TV, Telephone and internet with a number of problems and they have decided it all has to do with this defective TV. Can you help me with this please?
