My complaint:
020323 the Cashier said to my husband put all your cold groceries together on the counter, She was very rude and disrespectful. I said No one can tell us how we should put our groceries on the counter that we work hard for. I finally said I will talk to your manager about this. She ignored me and continued to speak very disrespectful to my husband. Cashiers should know that their job is Customer Service they are there to accommodate the public. I’m a Healthcare Professional and work very hard for my Groceries and to be disrespected is un exceptable. I did not speak to the manager, I was ready to get out of that store. Because of her rudeness .

Suggested solution:
Cashiers should have better Customer Service Ethics. They should know they are there to Serve the Public and not give an opinion on how a customer put their groceries on the counter. It shouldn’t matter.
