My complaint:
Me and my husband was picking up a order from walmart store 37. On Thurs March 21 2024 around 11 am. The walmart associate came out. My husband asked him why he was talking to another driver about him cause he heard his name. He said he didn’t. I know he did cause I heard him. He started cussing saying he didn’t f…ng care what he says. Told him to f… off.
My husband said I want to talk to your manager. He took off thru online grocery door. A chubby brown hair woman with glasses came out and said don’t be cussing my employees. My husband said he didn’t your employees did. She said well that’s what he told me. He tried to explain what was going on and she said you need to leave.
She was very unprofessional. I did a report thru 1800 walmart. I got nothing. No calls.
Something needs to be done.
Suggested solution:
Associate needs to be fired along with manager.
