My complaint:
Standing in a line of 6 people…25 minutes without moving. Cashier stopped scanning to research on her phone. This is ridiculous. No manager in sight.
Suggested solution:
Put fully trained cashiers at registers. Alert management with research issues. Young clerks are standing in the self check area where it might prove better to place them behind the registers and the older clerks in the self check areas.
