My complaint:
Item that was ordered through Walmart, was miss sent to West Point New York. Upon knowing this, numerous calls to Walmart happened. No resend label was issued, and no communication was giving to us reference. Our Daughter, I which is a Cadet was delivered a 50 lb bag of dog food at her Dorm, at West Point. After talking to Customer service, we ask them what to do, they said to return it to Walmart, our Daughter got with USPS, they told us it would cost $117.25 to resend back. So we paid it. Now we’ve been told by a Supervisor from The resolving Team, that Walmart will not reimburse of for the cost to sent it back to Walmart.

No! All parties that we talked to, were non responsive to help us.
