My complaint:
I pay for Walmart and I ordered groceries yesterday that were supposed to arrive between 7-8 PM. After 9 PM nothing had arrived so I called the store and the rep said they couldn’t deliver at that point because it was too late and they had no one to deliver. She said they would be here at 7 AM as if I would be the 1st delivery of the day and as of right now I can not reach the store because the rhone just rang until it stops. No one has contacted me and my delivery status has gone from On The Way to DELAYED??? It’s almost 11 AM and I placed this order yesterday!!!!!! I pay for Walmart !!!!! HOW IS THIS HAPPENING???? Why me?
Suggested solution:
DELIVER MY ORDER AND REFUND SOMETHING or I'm canceling this Walmart Plus and only shopping at HEB from now on. REFUND THE WHOLE ORDER for BAD customer service, failing to deliver or communicate, and PUNISH whoever is responsible. Make sure this never happens again to anyone. Make them answer the phone when we call. APOLOGIZE, APOLOGIZE APOLOGIZE. This order was important and needed in a timely manner.
