My complaint:
I purchased a pack of Secret Treasures underwear that had 6 pair in it and I will never buy them again. When I first opened the package I instantly saw where the packaging alone messed them up. When I went to take them out so I could wash them, I could already see the 2 holes on the band of the underwear on each pair. I figured they probably would be ok but boy was I wrong. When I washed them, every single pair unraveled so bad. I couldn’t believe it. I have taken pics as well
Suggested solution:
reimburse me for a whole new pack or send me a whole new pack. Size XL
