My complaint:
Subject…Check Out, Why has your policy changed? The customer use to mean something at one time but now you want the customer to check their self out and your register is gonna ask to grade you on how you did.Once the customer has checked out they get hounded at exit and asked if you found everything okay,I didnt find my W2 but Thank You
