My complaint:
In the past 6 months, I purchased 4 Secret Treasures bras from Walmart. So far, 2 have had the underwire poke out from the top and scratch me because it is so sharp, and a third one the whole wire came out in the wash. I can’t even find the hole it came out of to put it back. I had never purchased this brand before and liked how it fit. However, I will no longer purchase them because of these problems.
Suggested solution:
I would like to be reimbursed for at least the 3 bras I have had to throw away. I am hoping that the 4th one doesn't have a problem as well, but don't have a lot of confidence in this brand. I don't recall the price I paid for them. The first 3 were in a package of 3, the 4th one was separate and seemed nicer, with lace on it.
