My complaint:
I purchased a package of size 14 secret treasure intimates women’s briefs. I must say they are nowhere near a size 14. They are more like a size 9 or 10. They cannot be returned and I’m very disappointed. They need to have a manufacturer who knows women’s true sizes.
Suggested solution:
Refund my purchase price of $5.50 (which now makes sense as to why they were so inexpensive).
