My complaint:
Ordered a set of pots and pans as a gift for someone. My son opened the shipping box to wrap the box that the pot and pan set was in. What we saw was that the said box was crushed. Upon pulling the box out, it separated even more enough that the pans started to fall out. Highly dissatisfied.
Suggested solution:
Replace with product in UNDAMAGED packaging.
