My complaint:
I have been waiting on a refund since November 27,2022-The returned item has been received I’m still waiting on my end with no reasonable explanation of why!!!-I am pissed prolly gonna contact my attorney on this one to see what I can do about this cause it’s ridiculous!-I have screenshots of the convo I had with Walmart today…
Suggested solution:
I'll put to u this way-If I WASN'T keeping up with this I would've NEVER known it because I was NOT contacted in any way that there was a problem with YOUR system that caused it to fail to try to resolve anything about it the only thing your employees can tell me is I'll get an email in another 48 hrs of waiting my orders will be PRIORITY from now on...REALLY!?
