My complaint:
While trying to place an order after we joined Walmart We were able to select Town House crackers, which went in the cart with no problem. But every type of slider buns would show up as ‘most purchase in store’. Trying to purchase items on line became impossible. Now they said they have been, and still are making changes which is effecting the order system Basically at this time it seems impossible to get delivery of what we need and why should we be paying over $12 a month for a delivery service that does not work.
Suggested solution:
Fix the system, so orders do go through, and you get repeat customers.
