Walmart complaint: Items purchased not received6-26-21

My complaint:

All of my purchases were not in my bags when I returned home. I live
60 miles away and love this store due to size and variety of products. I
immediately went online but wasn’t able to submit a refund request for
missing items. Contacted the store and they advised all I could do was
return to their customer service counter and receive the items or refund.

Suggested solution:

I was at this same store again today two wks later but stood in line for over
20 mins at cust svs counter with only one assoc. working. I stopped the
floor mgr and asked for another assoc to open up but she was extremely rude and brushed me off with said I'm only one person re were MANY other assoc's just walking around and I had already stood in the checkout line for new shop trip today 714 for appx 20 mins.($223 total)
