My complaint:
Unfortunately, I’ve been waiting a whole month to pick up my medication. I’ve gone to this location four times and they keep telling me the same thing. That my medication is not there. They have not made any effort to contact my dermatologist and figure out what’s going on instead they have me running around back and forth with no help whatsoever on the matter. This is horrible customer service and I don’t appreciate being treated like a problem when this is their job.
Suggested solution:
Speak with my dermatologist in regards to the medication and provide us with at least the respect we also give them. They should show some effort in resolving my problem.
