Walmart complaint: needed help at check out

My complaint:

At self check out register, I checked out my items. I did get beer Looked for associate to approve. Light above register was on. No one around. Saw two ladies at other end about 5 registers over one was looking my way. I said I need some help over here. She turned her back on me. Found another associate he told me he was not able to help with register and started to look for someone. Said he did not see anyone he used intercom Said needed help at register. no one came. I asked for manager another lady came ckecked my ID. Ok ed beer and left. I put $40.00 cash in slot. Then attempted to use debit cart screen said aut. in progress, For what seemed like 5 min. Again attempted to find someone to help me so I became a little louder saying I need some help. I asked young man who had attempted to help. where could I find manager, Then started to cost. service. One of the ladies from the other end then came over asked me problem I showed her the screen aut. in progress. She took her badge did something with it. Told to use card again. Was able to get out.
It took longer to check out than to go through and select my items.

Suggested solution:

It would have been nice for someone to be stationed at registers all the time. This is the only Walmart I have had this problem.
