My complaint:
I came in to Walmart on 72721 I had came to get a lawnmower and a few more items before they closed. One young guy helped me to find the lawnmowers and did a price check for me. he was very helpful with putting it in my basket for me. I want to shop for more items and the speaker came on to say the store was closing. I proceed to the check out line to go though a line were someone could check me out in person. There was none open and had to go to self check out to check my items out. I was told that the main check out was closed and that I had to check out here. That was ok with me. I proceeded to put my item on the check out table so i could scan them out. I had 2 packages of water that contained 40 bottles in each one. I was stuggling to put them in and out of the basket plus my other items that was small besides the lawnmower that was in the basket that I was not going to even try to pick up by my self. It was 3 guy standing around running there mouth with each other seeing me stuggling try to put the water in and out of the cart. I got upset and stated that I dont shop at walmart on Franklin or Bellmead because U get better customer service in Hewitt. I always shop in Hewitt for the past 10 Years plus. I went threw self check out at 23:15:45 on 072721.
Suggested solution:
How the 3 guys could have handle that is at lease offered to help. But no they want to stand around talking to each other. bad customer service. will never shop here again.
